Pick Your Purse Contest Rules

SUNNY 95’s Pick-Your-Purse-a-Palooza contest will offer listeners approximately five (5) designer handbags with an approximate value of $91 – $1,195 depending on bag choice by winner.  Only bags displayed at Sunny95.com at point of winning will be available for choosing.

On Friday, March 8th, 2013,  SUNNY 95 listeners will qualify by first, being a member or entering the Sunny 95 Loyal Listener Club at Sunny95.com and second, opting in to the Purse contest on Sunny95.com.  Then every hour beginning at 7AM – SUNNY 95 will announce a contestant name.  That person must call 614-459-WSNY within 10 minutes to win and then pick the designer handbag of their choice from the on-line boutique at Sunny95.com.  If person does not call back within 10 minutes, prize is forfeited.  Contest resumes at next playtime.  Names will be called every hour until all five remaining purses are won.

Programs heard on-line over the Internet are slightly delayed from the time the contests are heard on the broadcast station and are at a disadvantage.   SUNNY 95 reserves the right to postpone or extend the contest dates and is not responsible for listener’s inability to complete required entry or call to win.  Odds of winning depend on the number of listeners qualifying in the contest.

Contest is open to any resident in the SUNNY 95 listening area aged 18 or over, except employees, families and stockholders of Saga Communications, any other Columbus radio BIA station, or any of the contest affiliates. If contest rules have been violated, winner may be disqualified.  Void where prohibited.

Prize-winner must present identification and sign a release permitting reasonable use of name, voice and related information and releasing all sponsors from claims and damages.  Any prize not claimed within two weeks of issue remain the property of station.  Six-month waiting period to play any other station contest if value is over $600.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and not redeemable for cash.  Winners may “exchange” purse/handbag point-of-sale with accompanying receipt, for another purse/handbag of equal or lesser value.  Difference will NOT be given in cash change.  Some brands of purses are only exchangeable for the same brand of purse.

Winner will be obligated to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and provide their social security/tax identification number before receiving prize, are responsible for taxes and any additional expenses.

No purchase necessary.  One entry and winner per household, one winner per family for the duration of contest.  Family includes spouse, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others.
