Fun in the Sun Contest Rules

Sunny 95 listeners will qualify weekdays between Monday, January 6th and Friday, January 24th, 2014 by listening to 94.7FM for a cue to call three times each weekday between 6am – 6pm.  The DJ will take the 5th caller at 614-459-9769 to win a Family Four Pack of tickets to Great Vacation Travel EXPO presented by Triple A – January 24th through 26th at Vets Memorial, plus they’ll be qualified to win a Grand Prize flyaway for four to SeaWorld Orlando that includes airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and park passes.  EXPO tickets are valued at $9 each for a total prize value of $36.00 and the Grand Prize trip is estimated at a Triple A retail value of $3,950. A grand prize winner will be randomly chosen from all qualifiers on Friday, January 24th and announced at the EXPO on Sunday, January 26th as well as on-air Monday, January27th.  No purchase necessary to participate.  Dates of stay are subject to availability.  Black-out dates may apply.  Certificate has no refundable value and does not include tax, gratuity or incidentals such as parking, food, beverage and internet.  Certificate is valid 1 year from date of issue.  Extensions cannot be made for expired certificates.  Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible Central Ohio listeners 21 and over who have not won anything on Sunny in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.  Employees of Sunny 95, the Columbus Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Sunny main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse.
