Why should you be wearing red today? It is National Wear Red Day! The American Heart Association is encouraging everyone to wear red today, (Friday, February 1st). Sadly, heart disease is the number one killer, claiming the lives of 1 in 3 women. The good news is that 80 percent of cardiac events in women can be prevented, but only if the right choices are made. So get your RED on!
