Don’t be so hard on yourselves, ladies
Don’t be so hard on yourselves, ladies

A new survey says that the age when women are the happiest with their naked bodies is… 34. That seems like a long time, ladies, but THAT is apparently when you feel that you’ve figured out a diet and exercise plan that works for you.

40% of the women surveyed say they look at themselves naked daily. 25% look once a week. And 16% say they do their best to NEVER look at themselves naked.

You shouldn’t be so hard yourselves, ladies. Because from the “guy camp” I’m here to tell you that we’re happiest with how you look naked – well, pretty much ALL the time.
