National Parkinson Foundation Moving Day

Join us to beat Parkinson’s disease in our community! Moving Day® is the National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) Central & Southeast Ohio chapter’s annual fundraising walk for Parkinson’s. This event features a family-friendly walk route, music, and entertainment for people of all ages and abilities. In addition to a fundraising walk, Moving Day® is celebration of movement with its very own Movement Pavilion. In 2013, our Movement Pavilion included Parkinson’s friendly activities such as exercises that can be done both standing and in a chair. We hope to add additional activities to continue emphasizing the important role that exercise plays in managing the symptoms of Parkinson’s.  For more info click HERE.
