Hit fantasy series “Game of Thrones” has been crowned the most pirated TV show of 2013 for the second year in a row.

The program, based on the hugely popular books by George R. R. Martin and starring Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey and Emilia Clarke, topped file-sharing website TorrentFreak.com’s annual poll, with its season three finale, “Red Wedding,” being downloaded an estimated 5.9 million times.

Drug drama “Breaking Bad” and zombie series “The Walking Dead” were also big hits online, with illegal downloads of 4.2 million and 3.6 million respectively.

Other shows featured on the end-of-year countdown included “The Big Bang Theory,” “Dexter” and “Homeland.”
