11-year-old found safe

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Columbus police say an 11-year-old Northeast Side boy who walked away from home Sunday afternoon was found Monday.

Investigators with the Missing Persons Unit say Tankni Houpe left his home in the 1200 block of E. 26th Avenue at 1:00 p.m. Sunday and failed to return.

He was found and returned home by Monday afternoon and investigators say no foul play was suspected in the case.
