COLUMBUS, Ohio – After three games in which they scored at least six runs, the Clippers’ bats went silent in a 5-0 loss in Syracuse Monday.

Ross Ohlendorf (1-0) went five innings of one-hit ball in a rehab assignment from the Washington Nationals and Taylor Hill got an unconventional 12-out save.

The final game of the series is a noon start Tuesday at Syracuse.
