Lance Glenn was shot during an argument outside a “boot joint” known as the Body Shop, 954 E. Hudson Street, around 5:45 a.m., homicide detectives said.

Officers found Glenn lying in the intersection of Hudson Street and Howey Road and he was pronounced dead at the scene by Columbus medics, investigators said.

A preliminary investigation indicated Glenn and another person were arguing when Glenn was shot.

This was the 16th homicide of 2013 in Columbus.
