Dept. store cell phone voyeur arrested

COLUMBUS, Ohio – A 27-year-old man was arrested early this morning, accused of taking cell phone videos of women changing clothes at an East Side department store last month.

Detectives with the Columbus Police Sexual Assault Unit say Tyler Baird snuck into a women’s fitting area at the Macy’s store at Eastland Mall on March 6 and 7 and used his cell phone to videotape women while they were changing clothes.

Baird, whose address was given as a hotel on Hilton Corporate Drive, was charged with two felony counts of burglary for trespassing in the changing area and one count of voyeurism, police said.
