CINCINNATI, Ohio – A Cincinnati man is awaiting sentencing for the murder of a man whose eye blinks helped identify him.
Jurors found Ricardo Woods guilty of murder yesterday after three days of deliberations.
Woods shot David Chandler in 2010, paralyzing him and leaving him unable to talk for two weeks before he died.
Chandler identified Woods as the man who shot him by blinking his eyes during questioning by police.
