COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Blue Jackets begin a six-game home stand tonight against the Blues.

Columbus is off to 2-4-and-1 start including a 3-2 loss to the Wild on Tuesday.

St. Louis has won five of its first six games.

Faceoff is 7:00 p.m. at Nationwide Arena (FOX Sports Ohio HD).

The Blues have been something of a nemesis for the CBJ, who went 5-11-5 in the first 21 meetings between the two Central Division franchises, have kept an even 20-20-8 keel since the start of the 2005-06 season.

The Blue Jackets placed forward Matt Calvert on injured reserve with an upper-body injury suffered in Monday’s win over the Dallas Stars.

He will have to miss at least a week.

Meanwhile, the timetable for the return of forward Cam Atkinson with a lower-body injury is unknown.

Columbus recalled forward Jonathan Audy-Marchessault and defenseman Tim Erixon from the AHL.
