Man dead in East Side shooting
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Homicide detectives have no suspects in an overnight shooting that left a man dead on the East Side.
Officers responding to a reported shooting at 245 N. 18th Street at 1:46 a.m. found Ricky Garrison, 24, inside the home with gunshot wounds to the upper body, police said.
He was taken to Grant Medical Center where he died a little over a half hour later.
Reportedly, there were several people, including four children, inside the home when the shooting occurred.
