COLUMBUS, Ohio – Columbus police are investigating the shooting death of an unidentified man on the Hilltop Thursday night.
Officers responding to a reported shooting at 8:47 p.m. found the man lying on the back steps of the building at 2405 W. Broad Street, detectives said.
Investigators say the victim appear to have been shot in a hallway inside the building.
He was taken to Mt. Carmel West Hospital and pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
