Man struck by train in Delaware

DELAWARE, Ohio – Television reports say a 34-year-old Delaware killed by a train yesterday may have been listening to headphones while walking along the tracks.

Ruben Miranda was walking to his job just after 3:15 p.m. yesterday when the CSX train hit him just south of the London Road crossing.

An investigation will determine why Miranda didn’t hear the train, but his family told “NBC Four” he may have been walking with headphones on.
