Streak ends in shootout

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Mason Raymond scored the lone goal of the shootout as the Canucks slipped by the Blue Jackets, 2-1, last night, halting the Jackets’ winning streak at five games.

Mark Letestu lit the lamp for Columbus, while Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 37 as shots.

The Blue Jackets (10-12-5) had their win streak come to an end one short of tying their franchise record, but they have equaled the franchise mark with at least one point in their last eight games.

Columbus has a tough test up next against the Blackhawks at Nationwide Arena tomorrow ( 7:00 p.m./FOX Sports Ohio).
