COLUMBUS, Ohio – A late-winter storm will bring a wintry mix and heavy snow to central Ohio through Monday morning, possibly creating difficult driving conditions during the morning rush-hour and delays for school kids.

The state Department of Transportation deployed 125 snow plows to salt and patrol wet roadways, paying special attention to ramps and bridges in Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway and Union counties,spokeswoman Brianne Watzka said.
Another 34 crews were operating in Fairfield and Licking counties.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning through 2:00 p.m. Monday.
The forecast calls for snow accumulations of up to 4 inches accompanied by 10-20 mph winds, with gusts up to 30 mph, reducing visibility on roadways.
