COLUMBUS, Ohio – A Marietta woman will appear in court later this month, where she’ll plead guilty to stealing her late mother’s Social Security checks.
Patricia Hodges is accused of burying Janet Kelly in a shallow, unmarked grave and then collecting more than $140,000 from the government.
“The Dispatch” reports Hodges faces ten years in prison.
