We’ve all read about the wacky “off menu” items we can order  from our favorite fast food restaurants; most are crazy caloric and require more than an hour of exercise to burn off, what should be, our only meal of the day!!  But not so with our friends at Panera Bread!  They’ve been serving a healthy “hidden menu” in NYC for a while now, and they’ve decided to make that hidden menu available nationwide!
