This week has been challenging; forced to skip the gym due to a nasty cold.  I’ve spent the week at the doctor and in bed! I even had to skip out on seeing the beautiful Adam Levine and Maroon 5 at the Schott last night because of this funk!

Sometimes being the responsible adult isn’t any fun, but I know it will be worth it, because starting Tuesday is another Winter Blues Workout Workshop with you!!!

I’m so excited to meet all of you who signed up for this 8-week class! We’re going to have so much fun getting in shape together!! The Winter Blues Workout Workshop is officially FULL!   See you Tuesday gals!
