Five weeks in and I’m getting stronger every day!  My knee is healing and my energy level is getting back to where it was before my injury.  I have a spring in my step and a glow in my skin!! Working out really does do a body (and spirit) good.

If you’ve been wondering what my trainer James and I have been up to at Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club, I’m giving you a quick peek into my workouts with a couple of photos & quick video examples.  Humility is the key this week, because sharing pictures of me at my sweatiest, without makeup, letting it all hang out, isn’t something I ever thought I’d do!  But, here we are and I suppose I can say I’m a better person for it!! Haha!  At least that’s what I keep telling myself.  ;-)
