Ok, ladies, spring is going to be here before we know it!! This means getting serious about our fitness!! You all know I’m in the midst of the “Trisha Project” and since I’m on a mission to hit my 15-pound goal in 8 weeks, I thought it would be fun to push myself (and you) by adding an 8-week workout workshop to the fun!! This is going to be the biggest challenge yet! I know you can do it; so get your girlfriends together and make plans to join me for 8 weeks of Spinning and Body Pump at Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club!! An introductory class is set for Tuesday, February 19th at 5:30pm to talk about both classes; after, we’ll alternate each Tuesday, between spin and body pump through April 9th.
