Sunny 95’s At Work Perk – Official Contest Rules
ENTRY:
Beginning at 6:00am (EST) Monday, 10/20/2025, through 11:59pm (EST) Tuesday, 10/20/2026 (“promotional period”), Sunny 95 listeners 18 and over may register for Sunny 95’s “At Work Perk” on the contest page at Sunny95.com by providing their full name, name of their business, number of office employees, email address, and business telephone number in the online registration form. One entry per office. All appropriate information in required fields must be entered correctly and completely or the contestant will be disqualified. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Sunny 95. No purchase necessary.
SELECTION:
Once per month beginning on 11/3/2025, one office will be randomly selected to receive a catered meal from Tim Hortons for up to 30 people, courtesy of Sunny 95. A member of the Sunny 95 team will reach out to the individual that registered their business via phone call and email. The chosen entrant will have 24 hours from the time we contact them to respond. If the chosen entrant does not contact us within the time limit, he or she will be disqualified, and another winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entrants. This process will continue until a winner is identified. No purchase necessary. In the case of any query or discrepancy, the winner will ultimately be decided at the sole discretion of Saga Communications, Inc.
PRIZE:
Each winning office will receive a catered breakfast meal from Tim Hortons for up to 30 people valued at approximately $200, which may include, but are not limited to breakfast sandwiches & wraps, baked goods and drinks.
Sunny 95 will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes 30 days after winning. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen. Contest rules may be altered at any time.
ELIGIBILITY:
Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 18 or older that have not won anything on Sunny 95 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per office is permitted to win Sunny 95’s At Work Perk. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Winning office must reside within a forty-mile radius of the Sunny 95 studios
Employees of Sunny 95, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Sunny 95 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
