Ed Sheeran Sum It All Up Sweepstakes – Official Contest Rules
Beginning at 6:00am Monday, 05/08/2023, through 11:59pm Friday, 05/12/2023 (“promotional period”), Sunny 95 (WSNY) and Mix 107.9 (WVMX) listeners who are 21 and over may register for an online sweepstakes for a chance to see Ed Sheeran perform in Detroit, Michigan by providing their first and last names, email address, street address, date of birth, and telephone number in the online registration form on the Sunny95.com and MyMix1079.com contest pages. All appropriate information in required fields must be entered correctly and completely or contestant will be disqualified. One entry per person, per station for a total of two (2) possible entries. Attempting more than the stated entries may disqualify the entrant in Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9’s sole discretion. No purchase necessary.
At approximately 9:00am on Monday, 05/15/2023, five (5) winners will be randomly selected from among the Sunny 95 online pool registration entries and five (5) winners will be randomly selected from the Mix 107.9 online pool of registration entries. Each winner will be contacted by phone to confirm their prize on Monday, 05/15/2023. Each winner will receive: one (1) pair of standard upper bowl tickets to see Ed Sheeran perform at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan on Saturday, July 15, 2023, valued at approximately $200.00 MSRP per pair. All winners from both Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 will automatically be qualified to be randomly selected for an upgrade to a Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be upgraded to receive two (2) general admission floor tickets valued at approximately $250.00 MSRP, and one (1) overnight hotel stay for two people at the Staybridge Suites Southgate-Detroit Area located at 12600 Reeck Rd, Southgate, Michigan 48195, on July 15, 2023, valued at approximately $210.00. Hotel accommodations are at the sole discretion of Atlantic Records. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $460.00. Each winner’s full name and city of residence will be posted on Sunny95.com and MyMix1079.com, respectively, and may be shared on the Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 social media accounts.
This contest is being conducted concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in Columbus, Ohio affiliated with Columbus Radio Group and listeners of said stations will then be competing to win the same Grand Prize.
Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 30 after winning. To win a prize, the contestant must reside within the listening area of Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 as defined at the exclusive discretion of Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 management. Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if a prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that a prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen.
The winner will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees and incidentals and must complete an IRS Form W-9. Incidentals include but are not limited to unpaid room service charges, phone charges, movies, parking, ground transportation, etc. This, and all other expenses will be the responsibility of the winner.
The Prize winner and guest must be able to travel between Saturday, July 15, 2023, and Sunday, July 16, 2023, or an alternate winner may be randomly chosen.
The winner and their guest will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert/venue organizer.

Where the Prize(s) consists of paper tickets (“will-call tickets”) the winner will be directed to go to a specified address and retrieve the will-call tickets, and, by entering the contest, the contestant agrees to pick up will-call tickets and sign and deliver to Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 a waiver form as directed. Where the prize(s) consists of electronic (digital) concert or event tickets (“e-tickets”), the winner will receive an email from Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 with a hyperlink to an electronic waiver form that the winner must sign and return to the Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 before the Prize will be transferred to the winner. The e-tickets will be transferred to the winner by Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9, or, in some cases, by a third party (for example, Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.) and the winner must check his or her email account for an email or cellular mobile number for a text message from the ticket provider in order to download the e-tickets. Where e-tickets are a prize, as a condition of entering the contest, redeeming and using e-tickets requires the winner (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to log into an existing user account or sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including, at a minimum, the winner’s first name, last name, valid email address and telephone number. E-tickets awarded as a Prize in such contests cannot be redeemed or used by any means other than the designated third-party mobile ticketing app for the e-tickets. Individuals who do not have a valid email address, access to an app-enabled mobile device and/or do not comply with these requirements will not be able to redeem or use e-tickets should they be selected and verified as a winner, will not receive a substitute prize, and should not enter contests where e-tickets are the Prize.
Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 contests are open to all eligible central, OH residents 21 or older that have not won anything on Sunny 95 or Mix 107.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Sunny 95, Mix 107.9, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 main studios are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
