Sunny 95’s Taylor Swift Keyword to Win – Official Contest Rules
METHOD OF ENTRY: Beginning Monday, 11/14/2022 through Friday, 11/18/2022 (“Promotional Period”), central Ohio Sunny 95 listeners 18 and over will have one (1) opportunity each weekday (Monday – Friday) to enter a keyword at Sunny95.com for a chance to win a pair of tickets to see Taylor Swift at Precor Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 1, 2023. Each weekday throughout the promotional period, a new keyword will be announced by Sunny 95 on-air personalities between 6:00am-11:59pm. Listeners may go to Sunny95.com to enter the keyword to register each day there is a new keyword announced for a total of five (5) possible entries. Listeners must also provide their full name, address, date of birth, phone number, and postal code to complete the registration and be officially entered into the contest.
Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods voids that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. Any entry on behalf of another individual or using another’s name or email address is disqualified and ineligible to win any prize. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Sunny 95. No purchase necessary.
PRIZE SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected randomly for each day of the promotional period from among all qualified entries by a Sunny 95 representative at approximately 10:00am on Monday, 11/21/2022. There will be a total of five (5) winners – one (1) for each keyword. The Prize is one (1) pair of tickets to see Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” at Precor Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 1, 2023. Contestants can only be selected as winners once for the entirety of the contest. The total approximate retail value for a pair of concert tickets ranges between $400.00-$600.00. The winners will be contacted by phone on Monday, 11/21/2022, to confirm their Prize. Each winner’s full name and city of residence will be posted at Sunny 95.com and may be shared across Sunny 95 social media accounts.
Sunny 95 will make reasonable efforts to award the Prize 30 days after winning. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. The winner must have a valid state ID and complete an IRS Form W-9 to collect the prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
ELIGIBILITY: Tickets will be digitally transferred to the winners through the Ticketmaster app from a representative of Sunny 95 when tickets become available from the concert promoter. Winners must have access to a smart mobile device (tablet, phone, etc…) in order to claim the tickets. Winners must download the free Ticketmaster app and create an account with Ticketmaster in order to receive digital tickets. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen.
Winners must follow all COVID/health guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert/venue organizer.

Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 18 or older who have not won anything on Sunny 95 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Sunny 95, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Sunny 95 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
