Brenda St. Clair is a life-long Franklinton resident and is tireless in finding ways to improve the community. Brenda sat on the steering committee for the City’s Franklinton revitalization plan for both East and West Franklinton and is a founding member of the new George Bellows Art Grants Committee. Brenda also is president of the Franklinton arts district and has created and runs many of the art education programs.
