David scheffler is an army veteran who later went on to be a cpa and partner in a cpa firm. After David retired, he took the position as the Director of Destination downtown Lancaster. David has helped many small businesses in downtown make the Lancaster community their home. David also sits on numerous boards and has helped to bring attention to the arts in downtown Lancaster.
