In January, while on their bus route for Pickerington schools, Jim Trewartha and Carrie Wilson passed an elderly man lying in the snow in subzero temperatures. They stopped the bus and with the help of some students, carried the man to the bus and kept him warm until EMTs could arrive. The man made a full recovery after a stay in the hospital.
