Customer Acquisition Manager — Full-Time | Cbus Media Group | Columbus, OH
At Cbus Media Group, we help Columbus businesses get more leads, more calls, more clicks, and more customers every single day. Now we need someone to do exactly that for us.
This is a rare role. You’ll be running our own demand generation engine — building campaigns that fill our sales pipeline, growing our brand in the Columbus market, and helping position our leadership team as the go-to marketing experts in this city. You’ll use the same strategies we execute for clients — search, display, paid social, content — and turn them inward to grow our own business.

What You’ll Own:
You’ll build and manage inbound lead generation campaigns from the ground up. You’ll run paid media across Google, Meta, and display. You’ll develop content that drives real awareness and real leads. You’ll help grow an advertising-focused podcast that puts our team’s voice and expertise in front of the right people. And you’ll track every metric that matters — cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates — and keep pushing them in the right direction.
This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role. This is hands-on, results-driven, and highly visible inside our organization.
You’re the Right Person If:
- You have real experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- You understand paid media, funnels, and what it takes to move someone from awareness to action
- You’re comfortable in the data — you know what the numbers mean and what to do about them
- You think like a strategist but execute like an operator
- You take ownership — when something isn’t working, you fix it
- CRM experience, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign management are a big plus
