Beginning at 8:00am EST, Monday, March 27, 2023, through 11:59pm, Friday, March 31, 2023, listeners 21 and over may visit Sunny95.com or MyMix1079.com to register for the “Kelly Clarkson Las Vegas Flyaway” sweepstakes contest. One (1) entry per person, per station – for a total of two (2) total entries. Each entrant must completely fill out the online registration form at Sunny95.com or MyMix1079.com by providing their full name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address to register. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void at the discretion of Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9. No purchase necessary.
At approximately 9:00am Monday, April 3, 2023, representatives from Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 will randomly select – from among all qualified entries – one (1) winner to receive the Prize, which includes: two (2) tickets to see Kelly Clarkson perform at Planet Hollywood’s Bakkt Theater in Las Vegas Nevada on August 4, 2023; two (2) nights hotel accommodations at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino August 3 – 5, 2023, and roundtrip airfare for winner and guest, courtesy of Live Nation. The winner and their guest will depart Columbus on Thursday, August 3, 2023, and return on Saturday, August 5, 2023. All details will be determined/chosen by Live Nation. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $1200.00. The winner’s full name and city of residence will be posted on Sunny95.com and MyMix1079.com after the being contacted by phone Monday, April 3, 2023, to confirm the Prize. Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 may also share the winner’s full name and city of residence on each radio station’s social media accounts.
This contest is being conducted concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in Columbus, Ohio affiliated with Columbus Radio Group and listeners of said stations will then be competing to win the same prize.
Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9 will make reasonable efforts to award the Prize within 30 days after the winner is selected. The Prize may be claimed at the radio station, located at 4401 Carriage Hill Lane, Columbus, 43220, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sunny 95 and Mix 107.9’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The winner will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees and incidentals and must complete an IRS Form W-9. Incidentals include but are not limited to unpaid room service charges, phone charges, movies, parking, etc. This, and all other expenses will be the responsibility of the winner. Ground transportation at departing and arriving cities is the responsibility of the winner.
The Prize winner and guest must be able to travel between Thursday, August 3, 2023, and Saturday, August 5, 2023, or an alternate winner may be randomly chosen.
The winner and their guest will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert/venue organizer.

Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse.
