Listeners to Sunny 95 & Qfm96 who are 18+ military veterans or active military will register at Sunny95.com or Qfm96.com between 12am August 19th until 11:59 September 2, 2019 to win a kitchen remodel valued at up to $17,500. Entrants will be required to enter their full name, military ID #, home address, phone number, email address, birthdate, and a clear photo of their existing kitchen. Entrants must own their own home. One entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. Kitchen Remodel by G Home Improvement will consist of all design elements decided upon by G Home Improvement & winning veteran/military personnel including but not limited to cabinets, countertops, flooring, wall covering, trim, paint, and potentially appliances if worked into agreed-upon budget. Total kitchen remodel not to exceed $17,500 in labor & materials. All kitchen products/brands/ selections MUST be available through the G Home Improvement Showroom options at 78 S. Liberty Street, Powell, OH 43065. A full design consultation will precede remodel so that all materials will be appropriately chosen for the winning space. The suggested retail price of the remodeling package is $17,500 based upon sponsor’s estimated costs. Five (5) finalists will be randomly drawn from all qualifying entries on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. Columbus Radio Group & G Home Improvement will then choose one (1) grand prize winner based upon photo of kitchen and which one would pose the most success for winner and sponsor…including square footage, work to be accomplished, and existing features. Our winner will be contacted by phone by Friday, September 6, 2019 and have their name/city aired on Sunny 95 & Qfm96 and posted online. If the chosen winner is unreachable after 10 days starting the day of the announcement, the prize will be given to the next eligible entrant as chosen by G Home Improvement and the radio station judges. We will make reasonable efforts to award the prize within 10 days after the drawing. Winner’s name will be sent to our contact at G Home Improvement so both parties can set up/schedule a time to begin the consulting process and have the remodeling begin. G Home Improvement will work to have the remodel completed by November 1, 2019 in an effort to have winner & sponsor appear on the Qfm96 Radiothon for our Red, White, & Q Fund on November 8, 2019 and have before & after kitchen photos on the website by same date.
WSNY/WLVQ contests are open to all eligible (location/state) 18 or older have not won anything on WSNY/WLVQ in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of WSNY/WLVQ, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the WSNY/WLVQ main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. No purchase necessary. WSNY/WLVQ’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WSNY/WLVQ will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winners will be responsible for all federal and state taxes, and any fees and incidentals. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
