LOUISVILLE – Juniel Quereceto broke a 5-5 tie with a solo home run to right field in the eighth inning to give the Louisville Bats a 6-5 win over the Clippers in the opening game of a six-game series at Louisville Slugger Field Tuesday night.
The Clippers had erased a three-run deficit, capped by Bo Naylor’s two-run homer which had tied the score in the top of the inning.
