TOLEDO – The Clippers beat the Toledo Mud Hens 5-3 at Fifth Third Field Friday night.
Richie Palacios drove in two key runs, one on a fielder’s choice, and scored a third for Columbus as teams resumed regular season play following the All-Star break.
Nick Mikolajchak (4-2) pitched two innings in relief to get the win.
