Clippers 7, Mud Hens 5

COLUMBUS – A two-run tie-breaking home run by Angel Gimenez in the seventh inning gave the Clippers a 7-5 win over the Toledo Mud Hens at Huntington Park Friday night.

Zach Short scored the tying run in the top of the inning on a wild pitch by Anthony Gose (2-0), who got the win for Columbus.

The Clippers jumped out to an early lead on a three-run homer by Nolan Jones in the first.
