COLUMBUS, Ohio – Police were investigating the death of a man whose body was found in an SUV after it crashed into a Northeast Side liquor store early Tuesday morning.
UPDATE: Columbus police have identified the victim as Milton T. Gregory, 26.
The accident at ABC Liquor Store in the Granville Shopping Center, 1571 E. Dublin Granville Road, was reported just before 5:15 a.m.
When authorities arrived, they found the man fatally shot inside the vehicle.
There were signs that the shooting had taken place at the La Rue banquet facility nearby.
