COLUMBUS – Police are investigating the shooting death of a 19-year-old man on the Northeast Side Wednesday morning.
A caller contacted police at 7:43 a.m. to report a dead body lying behind her neighbor’s garage in the 2200 block of Ruskin Avenue, Homicide Unit Sgt. Eric Pilya said.
Officers found Dorian Odell Walls, Jr., who had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene, Pilya said.
There was no immediate information on suspects or a motive for the shooting.
