COLUMBUS – Columbus police are asking for help locating a man and two women who gave a man a ride, then robbed him in his Hilltop home last month.
The 54-year-old man got a ride from the suspects and, when they arrived at his home in the 2000 block of W. Broad Street at approximately 9:10 p.m. on Feb. 13, the male suspect stayed in the vehicle while the two women went into the home, according to detectives with the Robbery Unit.
One of female suspects (pictured, above left) grabbed a knife and began waving it around while yelling at the victim, who told police he was accidentally cut by the knife while they were in the hallway of the home.
The victim reported that the then entered the home with a gun in his waistband.
The victim says he went into the bathroom while the man stood in the doorway and ordered the women to steal items from the home, police said.
The male suspect (above, center) was described as being in his early 20’s while the black female suspect appeared to be between 18 and 20 years of age and the white female suspect (above, right) was between 20 and 25 years old.
