11-year-old runaway found safe

COLUMBUS – Police say a Northeast Side boy has been reunited with his mother after his case received publicity Tuesday.

Oliver Dickens, 11, was recovered thanks to a tip that from someone who saw a report on the child on the local news, detectives with the Columbus Police Missing Persons Unit said.

Police say Oliver was in good health and no foul play was suspected. He is at home with his mother.

Oliver had last been seen near the Northern Lights area Monday night and police said he was endangered.
