COLUMBUS – The Buckeyes will be well represented at the NFL Scouting Combine this month. Better, in fact, than any other team, according to the OSU Athletics Department.
Fourteen former Ohio State football players will take part in the week-long event Feb. 23-29 in Indianapolis.
Leading the way are two likely number one draft picks at their positions: Defensive end Joey Bosa and running back Ezekiel Elliott.
Six other players are among the top five players at their respective positions: Safety Vonn Bell (projected as the No. 2 safety), receiver Michael Thomas (a likely No. 3 at the position), tight end Nick Vannett, tackle Taylor Decker, linebacker Darron Lee and cornerback Eli Apple.
Joining them will be quarterback Cardale Jones, receivers Jalin Marshall and Braxton Miller, linebacker Joshua Perry, safety Tyvis Powell and defensive tackle Adolphus Washington.
