COLUMBUS – The teenage suspect in a week-old murder has turned himself in to Columbus police.

German Sanchez surrendered at Columbus on Tuesday to face a murder charge stemming from the death of 20-year-old man in a double shooting on the West Side, police said.
Sanchex, 16, was the suspect in the shooting death of Jacob Todd, shot to death in a home on Applefair Way on Feb. 18
A 21-year-old man was also injured in the shooting.
