COLUMBUS – Police say two employees at an East Side internet cafe were shot and killed during an armed robbery early Sunday morning.
Police responded to the shooting at Players Paradise Internet Cafe on E. Broad Street at 4:06 a.m. Sunday.
Paramedics pronounced Joseph Arrington, 38, and Karen Arrington, 52 dead at the scene, Sgt. Jeff Strayer of the Homicide Unit.
Strayer told The Columbus Dispatch it was unclear how much money, if any, was taken during the robbery.
No suspects have been identified.
An investigation is ongoing.
These were the sixth and seventh homicides of the year in Columbus.
