2 more Buckeyes taken on draft’s final day

COLUMBUS – Three more Ohio State players, two on defense and one on offense, were selected during the sixth and seventh round of the NFL draft, which concluded Saturday.

That brought the total number of Buckeyes drafted to 10, giving the program six drafts all-time with 10 or more draft picks.

Jordan Fuller, an All-Big Ten safety, was taken by the Los Angeles Rams in the sixth round, the overall 199th selection of the draft.

K.J. Hill, Ohio State’s all-time leading pass catcher with 201 career receptions, was selected in the seventh round by the Los Angeles Chargers

Defensive tackle Jashon Cornell was drafted in the seventh round by the Detroit Lions, the third Buckeye selected by the Lions and the seventh member of Ohio State’s national-leading defense in 2019 to be drafted.
