COLUMBUS – Police say a 12-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl were among three people shot and injured when someone repeatedly fired into a home on the East Side early Tuesday.
Columbus police were called to the home on Old Leonard Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
They say Steven Winters, 25, was the third person who was hurt.
Police indicated all three had serious injuries and were taken to hospitals, but said they are expected to recover.
WBNS 10-TV reports that police were searching for two people in connection with the shooting, but no details or description about those individuals was immediately made public.
