COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) – Police say a 2-year-old boy was hit in the back by gunfire during a backyard on the West Side Saturday night.
The boy was hospitalized in critical condition, but Nationwide Children’s Hospital reports Sunday morning that his condition has been upgraded to stable.
Police say he was apparently the victim of a drive-by shooting on Wickow Road at 8:01 p.m.
They haven’t named any suspects.
