The shootings happened at a home on Landis Lane around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to posts on the London Police Division’s social media feeds.
Authorities say they found Yaisa Cordero, 40, and Joceline Cordero, 25, dead outside the house.
Witnesses described a suspect observed arguing with the women prior to firing shots and fleeing in a white Dodge Ram pickup.
Police said they later found the pickup behind a church on U.S. 40, less than four miles northeast of the shooting scene with the body of James Evans Jr., dead from an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Police say their investigation is continuing with help from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, agents from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and the Madison County Coroner’s and Prosecutor’s offices.
