CINCINNATI – Eugenio Suarez, Jesse Winker and Derek Dietrich hit home runs on three consecutive Jeff Samardzija pitches for the Reds in the first inning but the Giants rallied for a 6-5 win Sunday.
Suarez hit a drive that just cleared the fence down the right field line. Winker and Dietrich followed with first-pitch, drives to right-center to help Cincinnati jump to a 4-0 lead. \
Brandon Crawford delivered a tiebreaking, pinch-hit homer in the ninth to help San Francisco erase that deficit.
Buster Posey hit a tying three-run homer in the sixth and opened the ninth with a one-out double against Raisel Iglesias.Crawford’s two-run shot lifted the Giants after Cincinnati homered on three straight pitches by starter in the first.
