3rd suspect in pizza driver’s death arrested

COLUMBUS – Police have arrested a third suspect in the July 30 murder of a Papa John’s pizza delivery driver who was lured to a false Southeast Side address, robbed and shot to death.

Officers from the Criminal Intelligence Unit arrested Latrell Deshawn Richey, 20, at about 9:15 Tuesday night and homicide detectives charged him with aggravated murder in the death of James Flannery, Homicide Unit Sgt. Jeffrey Strayer said. Strayer says additional charges will be forthcoming.

Two teenagers have also been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
