COLUMBUS – A man found lying in a West Side street Friday night has died, the victim of the fourth homicide reported in Columbus in four days.
Marques Johnson, 35, was found lying in the roadway in 1500 block of Marsdale Avenue at 10:14 p.m. Friday and to Grant Medical Center where he died on Sunday, said Sgt. Jeffrey Strayer of the Homicide Unit.
Three other men were shot to death in separate incidents Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Johnson was the city’s 47th homicide victim of the year.
The investigation continues.
