UPPER ARLINGTON – Upper Arlington police issued a Missing Adult Alert Wednesday for an 83-year-old man who left his assisted living facility and did not return.
UPDATE: Donald Harper was found in good health in Colorado.
Donald Harper left the facility on Lynhaven Drive at 1:30 p.n., driving a silver 2007 Toyota Solara with OH plates (441XKW). Police say Harper suffers from Dementia and may be driving to a friend’s house on Hopewell Road in Delaware County.
Harper is 5’4” tall, weighs 145 lbs., has brown hair, and green eyes.
