UPDATE: Amber Alert canceled when missing boy found safe

COLUMBUS – A statewide Amber Alert remained in effect early Friday for a 2-year-old Cincinnati-area boy abducted by a friend of his babysitter Thursday.

UPDATE 3/4/23 8:08 a.m.: The Amber Alert for Brandon Rozier Jr. was canceled Friday night. The child was recovered safely.

According to the alert issued at approximately 2:00 p.m., Brandon Rozier Jr. is believed to be with Lucy Renee Bullock, 22, in a black 2009 Saturn Vue (OH lic. # JVU5960).

Brandon was last seen around 5:00 a.m. Thursday wearing a black t-shirt. Bullock is described as 5’3″ tall, 135 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

Media reports say the boy was dropped off at a babysitter’s house by his mother and when the mother returned to the babysitter’s house in North College Hill, he was gone.

Police reportedly said Bullock is a friend of the babysitter who took the child and the babysitter’s car without permission.

Anyone who sees the child, the suspect or the vehicle should call 911.
